About the job
This role combines elements of clinical project management, study coordination, data operations, and early customer success; for this reason, the individual chosen will report directly to the CEO. The person will be responsible for managing pilot studies (starting with the collaboration with pharma), supporting regulatory and ethical processes, and ensuring smooth execution from study setup to data delivery and reporting. Over time, the role will evolve into supporting new customers, additional pilots, and early commercialisation activities of a software medical device solution.

- Data management & internal coordination
- Client communication & reporting
- Expansion to new pilots & customers
- Support to regulatory & product evolution
- Customer success (post-launch evolution)
Who you are
Must have:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- High ownership, fast learning ability, and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work remotely in a fast changin startup environment
A plus:
- 1–3 years of experience in clinical researchFamiliarity with clinical studies, Ethics Committees, or Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Basic skills with spreadsheets and data handling (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and basic project coordination
- Exposure to digital health, medical devices, or startup environments
